Larchmont-Mamaroneck Residents Graduate From Greenwich Day School

Three Larchmont and one Mamaroneck resident graduated from Convent of the Scared Heart, an all-girls Greenwich, CT Catholic day school on Friday, June 7, the school announced last week.

The Larchmont residents are Margaret Dunne, a member of the Cum Laude Society who graduated with High Honor and will attend Georgetown University in the fall; Clare Geithner who graduated with Honor and will attend College of the Holy Cross in the fall and Julie Randolph, a member of the Cum Laude Society whograduated with High Honor and will attend Bowdoin College in the fall.  Julie was awarded the prestigious Fairchester Athletic Association Scholar-Athlete Award for the 2012-13 academic year.

Jacqueline Batrus of Mamaroneck will attend Boston College in the fall.  At graduation, she was named the 2013 recipient of the Lucie White Award.

Cancer researcher Dr. Linda Vahdat, professor of medicine and director of the Breast Cancer Research Program and head of the Solid Tumor Service at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, gave the commencement address to the 82 graduates.
