Village of Mamaroneck Building Department Files Moved Off-Site

This story was updated to make clear that the new property files viewing procedure affects the Building Department for the Village of Mamaroneck, NOT the Town of Mamaroneck.

The Village of Mamaroneck Building Department property files have been relocated off site and will therefore no longer be available for immediate viewing, officials announced.

If you need a property file, fill out the Request to View a File Form and either drop it off, fax it to 914-777-7792, or email it to britter@vomny.org, or kguadagnolo@vomny.org.

You will be notified when the file is available for viewing at the Building Department.

Please note that all files will be returned to the off-site storage facility five business days after you are notified that it is available.
