Mamaroneck Buys VFW Post Building for $2.2M
The veterans will still be allowed to use the facility.
MAMARONECK, NY — A historic building that houses the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1156 was purchased by the Town of Mamaroneck for $2.2 million.
The town will use the 1288 Boston Post Rd. building for a municipal senior center and for meetings, but the veterans will be able to continue using the building for free, the Journal News said.
