Mamaroneck Mayor Seeks to Have Meeting Votes Voided

MAMARONECK, NY — The Village of Mamaroneck mayor has asked the Supreme Court of overturn the trustees’ 3-2 majority vote to strip his authority to make appointments.

Mayor Norman Rosenblum said the challenge is to the legality of local laws passed by one vote Sept. 6, and he seeks to make that meeting void, the Daily Voice said.
