Learn practical tips and strategies that will help you and your child manage daily anxiety over homework, classroom participation, test taking, feeling excluded at recess, navigating play dates (can we mention real dates?!), juggling competitive sports and music recitals, you know the list goes on and on. Gifted or struggling student, extroverted or shy, anxiety doesn’t discriminate.

Enthusiastically moderated by Dr. Alan Dienstag, Psy. D., Clinical Director of the Larchmont Mamaroneck Community Counseling Center, join the conversation with district and community partners in the fields of psychology, behavior, social work and mindfulness. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to engage in authentic discussion about the things that worry us all.
