How did you come up with the name? It represents my family (myself and my two boys) and what we are; a “TEAM” — Tella, Edith, Anthony, & Matthew
Why start a business in this town? I love Mamaroneck! Born and raised here. Mamaroneck is where my heart is. It is where my children are. When I decided to go into business for myself and open an office, there was never an option to start my business anywhere else but close to my two boys. I am truly blessed to be able to work and live in my hometown.

What’s the most difficult challenge you’ve faced as a business owner? Gaining back my personal time. As any small business owner knows, the job is 24/7, leaving little time for weekends and vacations. One of my most difficult challenges was to retrain my brain to understand that resting is equally as important as working.

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening? I have been fortunate to have grown my client base strictly on referrals without direct advertising. When you love what you do, you do your best and other’s see it. Our clients success is our success!
How does your business give back to the community? Being in the forefront of the corporate events market provides me the opportunity to be involved in many local, regional and state fundraising efforts. I also truly believe that giving back is more than writing a check. Anyone that knows me, knows I have a passion to help. If the cause is something I believe in, I dedicate my services and time with no strings attached. We also donate many raffle item that help raise funds for local charities that help members of our community.
