A new report ranks the top school districts in New York and we let you know how yours performed.

We’re not even in 2016 yet but Niche.com has ammassed its top 100 school districts in New York list.

The results are based on a variety of metrics, including test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, teacher quality, reviews by students and staff, SAT scores and much more.

Specific grades were assigned to such categories as: academics, extracurricular, resources and facilities, teachers, and even food.

Mamaroneck Union Free School District - #24

The website writes:

“Mamaroneck Union Free School District is centered in Mamaroneck Town, New York. It has 5,244 students attending 6 schools in grades PK and K-12. According to state standards, 66% of students in this district are considered proficient in math and/or reading. The district has an annual budget of $129,205,000, spending an average of $24,977 per student. There have been 70 reviews written and they have been mostly positive.”
