Moratorium on 'Teardowns' Stands in Larchmont

The Village of Larchmont has turned down an appeal to its ban on demolishing homes and subdividing properties.
According to an article at lohud.com, the board of trustees rejected the appeal by KOSL Building Group.
The developer wanted to tear down a home at 40 Ocean Ave. and turn the lot into four parcels.
