Rye Neck High School 2011 College Acceptances

Rye Neck High School’s Class of 2011 graduates on June 23, and so far, there have been 196 acceptance to colleges ranging from Waseda University in Japan to several University of California campuses in Berkeley, San Diego, and Los Angeles.

Several Ivy League schools were represented in the list, including Cornell, Dartmouth and Yale.

Of the 62 students that have matriculated so far, several have chosen schools with strong arts/design programs like Rhode Island School of Design and Alfred University.  Others have chosen liberal arts schools like Elon University in North Carolina, Colby College in Maine, Clark University in Massachusetts, and High Point University in North Carolina.  Still others will be attending research universities like Duke and Stanford.

The school did not provide a breakdown on how many students were accepted or would be attending each college.
