Subcontractor Sues Larchmont, Construction Company For Non-Payment
The lawsuit said two-year's worth of payments were missed.
LARCHMONT, NY — A payment dispute is pitting a subcontractor against the Village of Larchmont and a Lincolndale construction company.
The Feb. 9 lawsuit said McNamee Construction did not pay Carmel-based Pat Kearns Electric $69,000 over a two-year period, the Journal News said.
The electric company was building street lights and making other improvements on Palmer Avenue.
