SANITATION SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR WEEK OF JANUARY 10, 2022

The Joint Sanitation Commission continues to experience staff shortages related to COVID. In order to continue collection services, changes in the collection schedule are again necessary. The following collection schedule will be in effect:
Monday, Jan. 10 Regular Garbage Collection

Tuesday, Jan. 11 Regular Garbage Collection
Wednesday, Jan. 12 NEWSPAPER and CARDBOARD COLLECTION ONLY
Thursday, Jan. 13 Garbage and plastic/glass/metal recyclables*
Friday, Jan 14 Garbage and plastic/glass/metal recyclables*
* Note that recyclables are to be set out separately from garbage as they will be collected separately.
During the week of January 10, the Maxwell Avenue Recycling Center will close each day at 1:00 pm and will be closed ALL day on Wednesday, January 12. Maxwell Avenue will be open on a regular schedule on Saturday, January 15 until 11:45 am.
