The Woman’s Club of Larchmont, Inc. Scholarships Awarded

The Women's Club of Larchmont, Inc. is pleased to announce the two awardees of its 2022 scholarships. Each year the Club sponsors two scholarships through the Mamaroneck-Larchmont Student Aid Fund. The Fund celebrated its 85th Year at an Awards Reception on June 6, 2022 at Mamaroneck High School.

This year's awardees are both seniors at Mamaroneck High School, Kelly Aldarondo and Alejandra Vasquez.

Kelly Aldarondo plans to study nursing at the College of Mount St. Vincent. While at MHS she loved her science and culinary classes. She is interested in pediatrics and hopes to work in an Intensive Care Unit.

Alejandra Vasquez attended Mamaroneck Avenue School and is eagerly waiting to begin study at Mercy College. She is interested in pursuing a career in healthcare, possibly nursing.

Many members of the Woman's Club have been healthcare professionals and it gives us a special pleasure in helping send these two wonderful young women along their way. Congratulations!
