2 Property Tax Workshops Planned In Levittown
All homeowners can attend a property tax exemption workshop next month in Levittown.
LEVITTOWN, NY — Heads up Levittown homeowners: two property tax workshops are planned in the coming months in the hamlet where county staffers will be on hand to help individuals file for certain exemptions.
One of the events is scheduled for Sept. 20 at 1 p.m. at the Levittown VFW post No. 9592, according to a flyer posted by Legislator John Ferreti's office. The building is located at 55 Hickory Ln.
The second event is planned Oct. 25 at the Levittown Public Library off Bluegrass Lane.

Assessment department workers will provide help to homeowners looking to file for exemptions such as veterans, seniors, Cold War veterans, volunteer firefighters, ambulance workers, limited income disability and home improvement. The 90-minute event will begin
Homeowners interested in attending are asked to bring two copies of required documents, which can be found on the assessment department's website.
