4 Nassau Men Charged With Selling Alcohol, Tobacco To Minors: Police

The men were arrested on Thursday and are due back in court on April 12.

MINEOLA, NY — Four men were arrested on Thursday for selling tobacco products and alcoholic beverages to minors as part of the police's "Project 21" initiative.

  • Jeffrey Frattini-Cox, 34, of Hickville, sold the items to a minor at 1 Smoke Shop on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.
  • Babar Hafeez, 46, of North Bellmore, sold alcohol and tobacco products to a minor at LI Deli & Grocery on Levittown Parkway in Hicksville.
  • Sachin Sachin, 23, of Levittown, illegally sold the products to a minor at Turnpike Mart Ultra Fuel on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.
  • Kevan Patel, 23, of Levittown, sold the items to a minor at Evolve Smoke Shop on Main Street in Farmingdale.

They face charges of unlawfully dealing with a child and were given appearance tickets for a return court date of April 12.
