• Ross Dress for Less expanding on Long Island, opening 2 more stores, off-price retailer says (newsday.com) — Levittown shoppers will get a new Ross Dress for Less in July at 2965 Hempstead Turnpike, filling the former Wren Kitchens space with about 20,000 square feet of discount clothing and home goods. The chain's Long Island expansion, including another store in Holbrook, reflects strong demand for bargains and is expected to bring dozens of local retail jobs.
