Division Dragons get 8 strikeouts from Chris Reilly in 9-1 win over Oyster Bay

An ace performance by Chris Reilly lifted Division Dragons to a 9-1 win in seven innings over Oyster Bay on Monday at Farmingdale State University.

Reilly kept Oyster Bay off the board during his six innings of work. Reilly struck out eight and allowed no walks and two hits.

Six runs in the first three innings helped the Dragons defeat Oyster Bay. A two-run single by Anthony Papa and a fielder's choice in the first inning fueled the Division Dragons offense early.

Papa racked up five RBIs on three hits for Division.

Joseph Spitalere was perfect at the dish with 4 hits on the day.

Division got three-run rallies in the third inning and the fourth.

In the third, Division scored on an RBI single by Papa , scoring Joseph Spitalere.

Division Dragons Varsity piled on three more runs in the bottom of the fourth. Papa kicked things off with a single, plating Joseph Piscitelli and Joseph Spitalere.
