Division Football Starts Season with Dominating Win

The Division football home opener was a successful one, as they rolled past visiting Valley Stream South 34-12. 

Fred Gray broke off a 75-yard touchdown run to give Division the lead on their second drive of the game. Gray had 19 rushes for 226 yards and three touchdowns in the opener.

Dylan Gruber only completed two passes, one of which was a 26-yard touchdown to Jay Vanasco. 

Gray was busy on defense as well, as he secured an interception to help sway momentum in Division's favor. Division also recovered four fumbles, with Aaron Gerner, Kalvin Fabre, Trevor Muller and Sean Hayes all coming up with one.
