Joe Starr will be headlining three shows at Governors on Friday, October 15 at 9pm and on Saturday, October 16 at 7:30pm and 10pm. Starr is well-known in casinos and nightclubs all over Canada and now brings his comedy to the United States. Tickets are $22 available at the door.
