The Island Trees teachers and staff are hosting a cageball fundraiser for a beloved member of the community who lost his life too soon.
Rod "The Colonel" Simons grew up in Levittown and went through the Island Trees School District, which his children currently attend.
Please come honor this great man on this great night. The event will be held at Island Trees High School and doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

The night will be highlighted by the cageball game between the teachers and staff, and there will also be big raffle prizes such as an iPad, Samsung 43-inch Plasma TV, two Glee concert tickets, two Yankees tickets, two Broadway show tickets and much more.
The prizes were donated by district parents, Island Trees alumni and other community members to honor a man who gave so much of himself to the community he loved.
