The Levittown Public Library will be hosting a bus trip to the Pompeii exhibit at Discovery Times Square Exposition Hall on May 10. This exhibit features 250 real artifacts unearthed at the actual site of Pompeii.
The group will leave the library at 10 a.m., stop for lunch as Angus McIndoe on 44th Street in Manhattan, go to the Pompeii exhibit at 2 p.m. and return for the library at 4:30 p.m.
Tickets are $70 per person. Registration begins on Mar. 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Reference Desk. Call 516-731-5728 to register over the phone.
