Vinny Vella of The Sopranos,Casino,Analyze That, Coffee and Cigarettes, Ghost Dog as well as over 50 other movies will be headlining an evening of comedy on Friday October 5th at Governor's Comedy Club.

Vinny Vella has seen it all and delights in telling hisaudiences about his parents, his adventures, and his acting career in his new one man show. Vinny in story after story regales the audience with the deeds and misdeeds of his life.  Bornin Greenwich Village, Vinny grew up in afamily with three brothers and three sisters.  His dad earned enough moneyfrom being a bicycle racer to open up a fish store in Little Italy.From his youngest days in grade school he describeshimself as “not a bad kid, just a mischievous one.”  Thrown out of four grade schools for various infractions, Vinny tells hilarious stories of blaming his “twin brother” formany of the predicaments he found himself in. Vinny ever the survivor rallies the audience to hysterical laughter andtears with his motor bike accident, lottery ticket misfortunes, an encounter with Hobo The Chimp, numerous chance meetings with Frank Sinatra, his RikersIsland vacation, matzo ball soup, Miami Beach in the 1960’s, haphazard meetings with shady characters, Little Italy and show business insider stories and let’s not forget the girls!Vinny Vella will be going out on the road to share his stories with his many fans.  People from all walks of life and all ages will identify with his stories, so you don’thave to be Italian to enjoy his chronicles.
