LEVITTOWN, NY — Levittown firefighters held their yearly 9/11 memorial ceremony to remember those who died that day, including one of their own. The service was held at Station 1 on Gardiners Avenue.

Ronald T. Kerwin, former Levittown Fire Department chief and FDNY lieutenant who died in the Sept. 11 attacks, was honored, as well as Firefighter Timothy Keller, who died from a 9/11-related illness.
