Coach Tom Tuttle described Nick's season as one of the best offensive seasons in the school's rich history, as he accumulated a .615 batting average with 33 runs, 19 RBI, 13 doubles, three triples and four home runs. His slugging percentage was .1212, with an on base percentage of .701 and an on base plus slugging percentage of .1913. He also compiled eight stolen bases and made only three errors.

Tuttle added that Nick's success was due to his unbelievable work ethic and his passion to always be better. In addition to being a star athlete, Nick is a peer leader and a member of the National Honor Society.

"He is the hardest working player I have ever coached in my 23 years of coaching," Tuttle said. "Nick is respected by his peers, coaches, faculty and administrators for the way he carries himself daily, and the Levittown community is fortunate to have a person like Nick representing our school and community."
