Irene McQuillan of Levittown, passed away on Sept. 23, 2012 at home.
Predeceased by her husband Adam in 1987, beloved mother of Susan and Gerald (Dorothy), grandmother of Elizabeth, Molly and Scott.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Memorial visitation on Sunday, September 30, Perry Funeral Home, 118 Union Ave, Lynbrook, NY from 11 am until noon.
