Requirements: The candidate must be capable of quickly learning the details of the lumber industry.​  This includes understanding the customer needs of lumber distributors, architectural millwork firms, carpentry shops, and other lumber consumers.​  The Sales Account Manager will also need to quickly develop an expertise in hardwoods and custom millwork.​  This position also requires the ability to gather market intelligence and report to executive management on customer demands, inventory needs and industry trends.​  The Sales Account Manager must also develop an in-depth knowledge of internal ordering systems and be able to coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to fulfill customer demands.​
