Man Arrested For Robbing Bank In Supermarket: Police
Police say he also robbed another bank earlier this year.

An East Meadow man was arrested on Wednesday for robbing a bank at gunpoint last week.
According to police, Benjamin Maynard, 32, of Prospect Avenue, East Meadow, entered the Bethpage Federal Credit Union inside King Kullen, located at 3284 Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown. Police say he passed a note to the 23-year-old male teller demanding cash, then pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at him.
The teller complied, and police say Maynard fled on foot. There were three employees and one customer in the bank during the robbery, as well as customers and employees inside the supermarket.
