Man Caught Posing As Customs & Border Agent At Nassau Eatery: Cops
Andy Kwok was dressed as the officer, had a fake photo identification card and carried what was believed to be a firearm, police said.

LEVITTOWN, NY — A man was arrested for posing as a Customs and Border Protection Officer in Levittown on Wednesday morning, police said.
Andy Kwok, 53, from upstate New York, was dressed as the officer and held a fraudulent identification card with a photo and had what appeared to be a firearm holstered to his hip while eating at K City Hot Pot Sushi, authorities said.
Nassau police confirm that Kwok is not a law enforcement officer for any agency. He was arrested without incident.

Kwok is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and was due to be arraigned on Thursday.
