Man Robs Same Hempstead Turnpike 7-Eleven Twice In 3 Months: Police

BETHPAGE, NY — A man is under arrest for robbing a 7-Eleven in May.

Kenneth Amblo, 51, was taken into custody for a knifepoint robbery at the Hempstead Turnpike location, police said.

Amblo also robbed the same Bethpage 7-Eleven on August 24, authorities said.

He is charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Amblo was expected to be arraigned on Thursday.
