Multiple Cars Broken Into In Levittown: Nassau County Police

LEVITTOWN, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in the Levittown area for the week ending Feb. 17.

All charges are merely accusations.

  • A Nintendo Switch, $20 in cash and a purse were stolen from an unlocked car parked on Gleaner Lane on Feb. 10.
  • A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked on Griddle Lane on Feb. 12.
  • Six CDs were stolen from a car parked on Gun Lane on Feb. 13.
  • $50 in cash was stolen from an unlocked car parked on Starlight Lane on Feb. 12.
  • Troy D. Johnson, 46, of Hempstead, and Jermaine Clemmons, 42, of Roosevelt, were arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with shoplifting from Home Depot on Hempstead Turnpike.
