1 Arrested At Noisy Overnight Parking Lot Gathering: Police
Police responding to the scene found spectators and vehicles speeding, playing loud music, spinning tires and doing "donuts," they said.
NORTH LINDENHURST, NY — A Bay Shore man was arrested overnight and charged with endangerment after recklessly operating a vehicle in front of a crowd in North Lindenhurst, according to police.
Officers responded about 1:40 a.m. Sunday to a parking lot in the 600 block of North Wellwood Avenue, where they found several spectators and numerous vehicles speeding, playing loud music, spinning tires and doing “donuts,” Suffolk County police said.
Jay Euskadi, 27, of the 700 block of Wisconsin Avenue, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving, and was issued numerous traffic summonses, according to police. His vehicle, a 2002 Ford Mustang, was seized, police said.
