Amityville K-2 Students Showcase Creativity At Northwest Spring Concert

Students in grades K-2 performed songs and showcased artwork during Northwest Elementary School's annual Spring Concert and Art Show.

AMITYVILLE, NY — Students in kindergarten through second grade at Northwest Elementary School showcased their musical and artistic talents during the school’s annual Spring Concert and Art Show, held May 13-14.

Coordinated by music teacher Nicole Altamura, the concert featured students performing a variety of songs for parents, teachers and district administrators inside the school gymnasium. The performances highlighted the students’ creativity, enthusiasm and hard work throughout the school year.

In addition to the musical performances, the gymnasium was transformed into a colorful student art gallery featuring artwork created by students across all grade levels at the school.
