Armed Man Robs N. Lindenhurst Rainbow Shops Store

NORTH LINDENHURST, NY - A man armed with a gun robbed the North Lindenhurst Rainbow Shops on Monday morning.

According to Suffolk Police, the man entered the store located at 660 N. Wellwood Avenue at about 8:30 a.m. He displayed a gun and stole money before fleeing.

No one was hurt during the robbery. No arrests have been made.

The same store was the scene of an armed robbery last year in which a man tied up employees and customers.
