Best Market Set for Grand Opening

Best Market will hold a grand opening soon for its newest location in West Babylon at 725 Sunrise Highway.

That's according to a report last Wednesday on Babylon Village Patch.

The new supermarket - a subsidiary of the more well-known Best Yet Market brand - is currently being worked on around the clock to prepare the storefront for a grand opening sometime this week.

Inside of the new supermarket, there's a large produce area and fresh checkout counters already installed while construction workers continue working on the finishing touches.

The new location will be Best Yet's second under the Best Market brand on Long Island. The company already owns and operates a location in Patchogue, as well as several Best Yet Markets across Long Island, including locations in West Islip, Farmingdale and Massapequa.

While no grand opening date has been announced by the company, a circular sent to homes announced sales dates effective Friday, February 1, for the supermarket.

Messages left with Best Market headquarters were not returned by presstime.

Best Market will reportedly be opened seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
