Dancing Around the World at Lindenhurst High

Students at Lindenhurst High School recently took part in an Arts-In-Education program in which they were exposed to multicultural dance performances presented by members of the Phyllis Rose Dance Company.

The troupe showcased a myriad of dances from Argentina, India, West Africa and many other countries around the world.

The students not only had the chance to observe the performances, but were also given the opportunity to show off their own moves for their fellow classmates as they learned the Tango.
