Organic Gardening Class

For residents who need help understanding the basics of gardening, classes will be offered to teach residents the proper techniques. These classes will be conducted by Copiague resident Vince Cirasole in an informal, interactive lecture style, which will provide residents with the opportunity to ask questions and to participate in meaningful dialogue. You will learn about proper watering techniques, composting, companion planting, crop rotation, disease and pest control, as well as many other aspects of organic gardening. WINTER 2011
