Jester needs a forever home

Car needs a rehome after 13 years. His name is Jeter. He is neutered, but likely not up to date on vaccines. Can anyone help this old man find a retirement home? He is very sweet and loves kids and people. He's never been around other cats and is very needy with his person. The previous owner is unable to continue to care for him and it sounds like she has been trying to find him a new home for a few months and is running out of time. Located in Lindenhurst.
