Police ID Victims In Fatal Lindenhurst Crash
A 16-year-old boy and an adult female were killed in the crash. Two other teens are reportedly in "very critical condition."

LINDENHURST, NY – Police have identified three of the four people involved in a fatal crash in Lindenhurst Monday morning.
According to Suffolk Police, 17-year-old David O’Brien was driving a 1998 Ford Mustang south on North Wellwood Avenue, near Lenox Street, when the car left the roadway and struck a fire hydrant and then a tree at about 5:20 a.m.
The front seat passenger, 16-year-old Joseph Galdorisi, of Lindenhurst, was pronounced dead at the scene. An adult female backseat passenger was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where she was pronounced dead. Her name is being withheld pending positive identification, police said.

O’Brien, of Lindenhurst, and a second backseat passenger — 16-year-old Daniel Ozarowski, also of Lindenhurst — were taken to Good Samaritan for treatment of serious injuries. Newsday reported that both teens are in "very critical condition."
Police are asking anyone with information on the crash to call the Major Case Unit at 631-852-6553.
