Lindenhurst Board Of Education Installs Officers

During the July 15 organizational meeting, the Lindenhurst Union Free School District Board of Education installed its officers for the 2020-2021 school year. The meeting was held virtually, with the exception of some members of the board, two administrators and the district clerk who physically met and distanced themselves from one another in the auditorium of the Lindenhurst High School.

Incumbent trustee Michael DiGiuseppe and newly elected trustee Gabrielle Anzalone were sworn in in-person at the meeting, along with District Clerk Donna Milone and Superintendent of Schools Daniel E. Giordano. Trustee Josephine Martino was sworn in prior to the meeting, as she attended the meeting virtually.

Donna Hochman and Edward Langone were reinstalled as president and vice president of the board, respectively.
