Lindenhurst Burger Joint Closing After 8 Years

LINDENHURST, NY - After 8 years in business, a Lindenhurst restaurant will be closing next week.

Top Bun of Lindenhurst, located on 136 S Wellwood Avenue, announced the closure on its Facebook page on Monday.

"It is with great disappointment and sadness that we say Goodbye to the Village of Lindenhurst after 8 strong years," the post read. "We want to thank all our loyal customers and hard working staff for all their support."

The official last day will be Sunday, Sept. 2. Until then, the eatery will be accepting coupons, gift certificates or gift cards.

It is still unknown if Top Bun will be moving opening in another location.
