Lindenhurst Champions Recognized

From Lindenhurst Schools: Lindenhurst Middle School students were honored during the recent April Breakfast for Champions celebration coordinated by middle school educator Kathy Curran. Held at the Lindencrest Diner, the breakfast, now in its 21st year, identifies students who exemplify Lindy Pride at the middle school. Students are nominated by teachers for avariety of reasons and are recognized publically.

With proud parents and teachers looking on, students received their certificates of merit from Principal Frank Naccarato who told them how they each have a tremendous amount of power.
“These are the students who other students strive to be like. We are proud to recognize them today but even more proud to have them represent the Lindenhurst Middle School and Lindy Pride,” he said.
