Lindenhurst Girls Varsity Fencing Competes at Regional Semifinals

Competition Marks Second Postseason Appearance for the Athletes

The Lindenhurst High School girls varsity fencing team recently competed in the semifinals of the Section XI playoffs. The Lady Bulldogs went up against the combined Centereach, Longwood and Shoreham Wading River team.

This season is the seventh since Lindenhurst launched its fencing program, and 2024 marks the girls fencing team’s second postseason appearance. Congratulations to the Lady Bulldogs and varsity Head Coach Joe Bordonaro and Assistant Coach Blake Heller.
