Lindenhurst Middle School Hosts Science Fair

Gymnasium transformed into a gallery of research.

The Lindenhurst Middle School gymnasium was recently transformed into a gallery of research as the school hosted its annual Science Fair.

Sixth and seventh-grade students presented their projects using the scientific methods in a variety of interesting topics. The projects included their hypothesis, findings, research, data and conclusions.

Most Innovative: “Wash Your Filthy Mouth” Gavin Leary

The following students were sent to the Brookhaven National Laboratory Elementary School Science Fair:

3rd Place: “Root Growth vs. Gravity” Robert Hager
