Riccio: I've been a fitness trainer for 12 years, initially as a part time 2nd job then transitioning to full time.

P: Is this your first business venture?

R: Yes.

P: What’s the best business advice you’ve ever received?

R: Don't fear failure, failure may happen but don't ever give up.

P: How long have you lived or done business here?

R: I've lived in Lindenhurst my entire life, our business is open for 16 months.

P: What’s your favorite part about being a business Lindenhurst? What makes Lindenhurst special?

R: My favorite part is serving my hometown community, a dream come true.

P: Did anyone influence you as a business owner? How?

R: Yes, the fitness and exercise field influenced me in that I saw many things over the years that I knew I could do better. Primarily serve my clients in a way that shows them they are not simply numbers but real people. Too often in this field its about boosting members not genuinely giving people solutions to their problems.

P: Did you ever make a business mistake and later on were glad you made it?

R: Not yet

P: Tell us something about yourself that people may not know.

R: People may be surprised to know that outside of the gym I'm somewhat of an introvert.

P: What advice would you give to a business owner just starting out?

R: It is not going to be easy, in fact it may be the hardest thing you ever do but there will be nothing more rewarding so it's worth it.
