Sixth- and seventh-grade students presented research projects using the scientific method – including their hypotheses, findings, research, data and conclusions – on a variety of interesting topics during the Lindenhurst Middle School’s annual science fair.
Examples of students’ experiments included how best to conserve water, whether or not hand strength determined health, which brand of diaper was the most absorbent and whether or not it is okay to observe the “five-second rule.”
Congratulations to all of this year’s winners at the science fair.
