Lindenhurst's Advanced Placement Scholars Named
Students were recognized for exceptional achievement on AP exams.

LINDENHURST, NY - From Lindenhurst Public Schools: Several students from Lindenhurst High School have earned Advanced Placement Scholar Awards in recognition of their exceptional achievement on AP exams. The College Board recognizes several levels of achievement based on students’ performance on these exams.
The following students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by completing three or more AP exams with scores of 3 or higher: From the Class of 2018: Samantha Caracciola, Patrycja Ciemniewska, Stephanie Conway, Justyna Filipkowski, Caelyn Garbe, Julia Gawronska, Samantha Gilbert, Anthony Gorman, Johanna Guevara, Vicki Guo, Sara Husain, Ammar Koshk, Claudia Kwasiborski, Julie McKenna, Jessica Messina, Luciana Ochoa, Wioletta Rogowski, Jonathan Rood, Kayla Rust, Hailey Schmidt, Carmen Shum, Natalie Ward and Blake Waszmer.
These students qualified for the Advanced Placement Scholar with Honors Award by earning an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams: From the Class of 2018: Gabrielle Anzalone, Christopher Damone, Parker Gill, David Laziuk and Kaylee Orellana.

Qualifying for the Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction Award for earning an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams were: From the Class of 2018: Sahil Kapoor, Luke Korzenko, Adam Kulaczkowski and Richard Pawelkiewicz.
