Lindenhurt St. Patrick's Day Parade: Info
Here is what you need to know about the upcoming parade in Lindenhurst.
LINDENHURST, NY — The first-ever Lindenhurst St. Patrick's Day Parade is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 26.
The parade will begin at Fireman's Park, located at 555 Heiling Boulevard, and travel west on Hartford Street. It will then turn south on Wellwood Avenue, past the official reviewing stand opposite Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Church, and end at the Lindenhurst Middle School, located at 350 South Wellwood Avenue
According to spokesperson Richard Renna, the parade will be "a traditional, festive, family-friendly" event, led by Grand Marshal and former U.S. Congressman Peter King.

The parade will feature several pipe bands, including Suffolk County Police Officers Emerald Society, A.O.H. St. Patrick's Division 2 Babylon, and A.O.H. Division 7 Our Lady of Knock East Islip, as well as several local fire departments, Irish dancers, the Long Island Ducks, 102.3 WBAB and 106.1 BLI, representatives from the Town of Babylon Animal Shelter, and many local business and community groups.
