Man Robs Gas Station; Breaks Beer Bottle and Threatens Clerk: PD
The man threatened a clerk at a Sunoco gas station on October 4 and stole an unknown amount of cash, police say.
NORTH AMITYVILLE, NY — Suffolk County Police are asking for the public's help to identify and locate a man who robbed a gas station and threatened to harm a clerk with a broken beer bottle in North Amityville.
According to police, a man entered a Sunoco gas station, located at 616 Broadway, at about 11:45 p.m. on October 4. The man took a beer bottle, broke it, and demanded money from the clerk, police said. The clerk complied, and the man left with an unknown amount of cash, police said.
