Police Seeking Man Who Tried to Rob Lindenhurst Gas Station
Police release photos and surveillance video from the incident.
Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who attempted to rob a gas station in Lindenhurst in May.
According to police, the man seen in the above photos released by police Monday, entered Ultra gas station, located at 571 West Montauk Highway, on May 26 at about 8:25 p.m., approached a cashier, displayed a gun and demanded money. The employee did not comply and the man fled the store without any proceeds.
The suspect is described as white, 5-foot-7, with a slim build. He has brown hair and was unshaven at the time of the incident.
