Police: Trio Arrested After Copiague Robbery

Three men were arrested shortly after a robbery in Copiague early Sunday morning, police said.

Juan Rivera, 18, of Amityville, Walter Rosales, 22, of Amityville, and Allan Hernandez, 25, of Copiague, are each charged with one count of first degree robbery.

According to police, the three man stole cash and a bike from a man who was walking on Great Neck Road, near Garibaldi Avenue, about 1:43 a.m. Sunday. At least one of the men displayed a knife during the robbery, police said.

No injuries were reported.
