Reward Offered: Police Seek Help to Find Pair Who Robbed Woman at Lindenhurst Motel

Robbery occurred last week, police say.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the couple pictured above who are suspected of robbing a woman in Lindenhurst last week.

On Friday, Nov. 14 at about 12:45 a.m., police say a man and a woman stole a Coach pocketbook from a woman who was staying at the Marina Motel, located at 134 East Montauk Highway. The pocketbook contained the victim’s debit card and two cellphones, police said.

The female suspect is described as a light skinned, black woman with a thin build. She had long red hair and was wearing a black leather coat. The other suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6-foot. He had cornrows and was wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
